A: For the Crystal puzzles, the solution is not included with the puzzle, but can be either downloaded from the manufacture website, as instructed on the retail box, or you can send us an email, and we'll reply with the requested solution file.

A: We are rating the puzzles based on the difficulty, and the time it takes to solve or build it, without looking at the solution.
We believe that the level mentioned on the box is when you follow the solution.
