The only problem is with the packaging (sometimes this is how we get them from our suppliers, and sometimes returned products end up with damaged box), yet most of the items offered in this category are brand new (arrived with damaged box from our supplier) and only few are returned products, however, all the items offered in this category are 100% perfect from functional perspective.
